We have been working harder than ever in our attempts to redefine the property market in Thailand and beyond, with transparency and end-user experience as our guiding goals. Our team would like to share some updates on our latest products and developments:
- Offering you more – FazWaz Group aims to continue improving every stage of the transaction. Generating a multitude of high-quality leads is one of our team’s specialties, which has led us to revitalize some older brands in order to offer clients different ways of browsing and searching different kinds of properties. We have relaunched LivePhuket and AsiaVillas (plus 108Siam, BaanCoin, SamuiTimes, KaiBaanThai, Property Hua-Hin, Buy Phuket Property, Buy Thailand Property, Zeus Capital, PropertyScout and Homes-Thailand) in order to give clients a more comprehensive set of options during their search.
- Feeding agents in realtime – FazWaz offers a unique product to the markets it is operating in, facilitating the entire property transaction process from listings to marketing to leadgen to lead distribution and following through on the final contract. Our team has been working closely with DBVentures to help create PopDeal – a brand new app which functions as a lead distribution and CRM system for property agents. We believe that this app will improve the experience of transacting property for both clients and agents, specifically by matching each buyer or renter with the agent who is the best fit for that client.
- Targeted growth – previously, FazWaz Group went through an expansion offering property for sale and for rent in more than 20 countries across Southeast Asia and beyond. We are now up to 31 localized sites and counting, newly-featuring FazWaz Spain and continuing updates to FazWaz UAE/Dubai. There are a lot of markets out there, and if we aren’t serving yours yet, we just may be soon!
